| Our next stop was at the Tom Sawyer campground along the Mississippi River. You can see Memphis just over the trees to the top left. | Donna and Zoe enjoy a walk in the grass by the river. |

| The campground is so close to the river that when the river rises to its high water point the campground is several feet under water. | It is nice to sit beside the river and watch the barges pass by. Hearing the rumble of the tugs is strangely calming. |
